Liver & Detox System
The Sri Lankan liver protocol
Last updated: May 2026
The Liver and Detox System is a complete Sri Lankan Ayurvedic protocol for daily liver and gentle detox support. It is built around Heenbovitiya (Osbeckia octandra), the plant endemic to Sri Lanka that traditional Sinhala Ayurveda has used for liver function for generations, paired with Turmeric and Activated Carbon.
How to take the system
One Heenbovitiya capsule with breakfast. One Turmeric capsule with lunch. Activated Carbon as needed, not daily. Typical cycle is 60 to 90 days, then a break.
Who it is for
- Adults concerned about fatty-liver risk who want a daily, gentle approach alongside medical care.
- People who travel frequently or eat out often and want a structured liver-support routine.
- Anyone who wants a Sri-Lankan-rooted alternative to imported milk thistle protocols.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a substitute for medical care?
No. If you have been diagnosed with a liver condition, please follow your doctor's plan. These are food supplements.
How often can I do the Activated Carbon part?
Occasionally, not daily. Activated carbon binds non-selectively, so it is best used after a heavy meal or as part of a short 5 to 7 day reset.
Can I add this to a daily Ashwagandha routine?
Yes. They do not interact.
Quality
All components manufactured in Sri Lanka under BRCGS, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and ISO 22000. Vegetarian capsules.
