Benefits
- Traps toxins to help flush them out.
- May help reduce bloating and gas.
- Supports gut health and a gentle colon cleanse.
- Can be used topically for bug bites, burns, and skin irritations.
- Supports oral health, including teeth cleaning and whitening.
How to take it
Take 1 capsule after a meal, twice per day. Best used occasionally rather than continuously.
Important note
Activated carbon binds non-selectively, so take it at least 2 hours apart from any medication or other supplements. If you take prescription medicine, consult your doctor before use.
Frequently asked questions
Can I take activated carbon every day?
It is best used occasionally, such as after a heavy meal or as part of a short reset, not as a daily long-term product, because it binds nutrients as well as toxins.
Will it affect my medication?
It can reduce absorption, so leave at least 2 hours between activated carbon and any medication, and check with your doctor first.
Quality
Made from 100% organic coconut shells in Sri Lanka under BRCGS, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and ISO 22000.
