1 · Placing your order

Please double-check your address before placing your order. Our system validates mailing addresses, but we cannot tell if you have left off an apartment or unit number, selected the wrong saved address, or switched your billing and shipping details.

We ship to the address entered at checkout, so please review your order carefully before you confirm it.

2 · Delivery & shipping

Over 98% of orders placed on our website ship the next business day. Larger, bulk or out-of-Colombo orders may take a little longer, though 2 to 3 business days is always our goal. You will receive an email or SMS on the day your order ships, so you know it is on its way.

We charge a flat delivery rate of LKR 300 for island-wide delivery, and a 5% discount applies to payments completed at checkout. If your order is urgent, please give us a call and let us know.

3 · Returns & refunds

To return an item, the product must be unused and sealed in its original, undamaged packaging, with proof of purchase and any original tags, freebies and accessories. Valid reasons for a return include a product that arrives damaged or defective, one that is incorrect or incomplete, or one that is no longer needed.

If you cancel your order or return a product due to a manufacturing defect, we will refund the amount due, usually within 14 days. For full details, timelines and conditions, please see our Refund Policy.

4 · Our privacy promise

We will only use your personal information to streamline your shopping experience, ship your order to you, and, if you opt in, occasionally email you a coupon or update. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party.
