Sarsaparilla, known in Sinhala as Iramusu (Hemidesmus indicus), is a root that traditional Sri Lankan medicine has used for generations as a body coolant and blood purifier. Each capsule holds 500mg of pure Iramusu powder, with 60 capsules per bottle.
