A 2-step thermogenic system for daily metabolism
Last updated: June 2026
The Pre and Post Meal Fat Burning System is a simple two-step daily routine for metabolism and gradual, sustainable weight management. One MetaMelt capsule before your largest meal, one MetaRise capsule after. Please note this is a thermogenic system, and the pre-meal capsule contains naturally occurring caffeine.
What is inside
- MetaMelt+, 60 capsules. A pre-meal thermogenic blend with naturally occurring caffeine from coffee bean extract, alongside warming herbs, to support energy and fat metabolism.
- MetaRise+, 60 capsules. A post-meal metabolic blend with traditional herbs to support a steady glucose response.
How to take the system
Step 1: take one MetaMelt capsule 20 to 30 minutes before your largest meal of the day. Step 2: take one MetaRise capsule within an hour after the same meal. Suitable for a 60 to 90 day routine. Take the pre-meal capsule earlier in the day, not close to bedtime.
Important safety note
This is a thermogenic product that contains caffeine. It is not suitable if you are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant or nursing, under 18, or if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition or anxiety. Speak with your doctor before starting if you take medication for blood sugar, blood pressure or thyroid. This is a food supplement, not a treatment.
