Refund Policy

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective or incorrect, a refund or replacement will be offered, depending on the nature of the complaint. Please contact us at our hotline and our staff will assist you.

  • Exchange Only Policy: For non-defective products, exchanges will be allowed for items of equal value only. Cash refunds are not available.

  • Discount Adjustments: If discounts were applied at the time of purchase, they will be adjusted during the refund process.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

 


 

Refund Process

Online Purchases:

  • If you send a return/refund request within 4 days after delivery due to a defect or incorrect product, you can either receive a replacement or refund to the original payment method depending on the complaint.

  • If the return is made after 4 days but within 14 days, the refund will be issued as store credit (valid for 14 days).

In-Store Purchases:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days with proof of purchase. 

  • Cash refunds are not available for in-store purchases. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as store credit (valid for 14 days).

Refund Processing Time:

  • Please allow 5-14 working days for your refund to be processed after the return is received. Refunds will be made to the original payment method for online purchases, or as store credit for in-store purchases.
