PLEASE double check your address before placing your order our system validates mailing addresses but there's no way for us to know if you've left off your apartment or unit number, switched billing/shipping address, had your office address or school address selected in your address book, etc - we ship according to the shipping info in our Ancient Nutra checkout process - Please double or even triple check your order before you confirm it. Thank you so much for understanding this!
Delivery: Over 98% of orders placed on our website, ship the following business day after they were placed. Larger, bulk and out of Colombo orders may take longer; but 2- 3 business days is always our goal. If you are in an emergency, please give us a call and let us know! You will receive an email/sms on the day after your order ships, so you will know it's on its way! We do have a flat rate shipping charge of 300 LKR for island-wide delivery. A special discount of 5% will be applicable for payments done at the checkout.
Our Privacy Promise: We will not do anything with your personal information aside from using it to streamline your shopping experience, ship your order to you, and occasionally email you a coupon, site update, or product update if you opt-in to our mailing list. That's it. Period. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party.

Return/Refund Policy
Return Policy
The product must be unused, sealed with original undamaged packaging with proof of purchase(receipt). Please do contact us at sales@ancientnutra.com and we will arrange the pick up for your return. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
The product must include the original tags, freebies and accessories.
Valid reasons to return an item
- Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
- Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on the website) / incomplete (missing parts)
- Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase)
Refund Policy
If you cancel your order or return a product due to a manufacturing defect any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of you canceling your order.
Please note that in an instant if one of the ordered product/products is/are unavailable in the market or unable to be obtained/ supplied. Ancient Nutraceuticals (Pvt) Ltd has the right to arrange a refund for the amount of the unavailable item/items. In the meantime, this process will be communicated to the customer. Refund processing time could fluctuate based on the selected payment method of the order. The refund amount is an equivalent value to the unavailable product/ products /order value.
