Ath Adi, a quiet workhorse herb

Last updated: May 2026

Tutup Bumi, known in Sinhala as Ath Adi (Elephantopus scaber), is a low-growing plant used in Sri Lankan and South Asian folk medicine for generations. Our capsules use pure leaf and root powder from plants grown in Sri Lanka, with 60 capsules per bottle.

What it traditionally supports

  • A cooling effect and comfort during fever.
  • Skin clarity.
  • Daily calm under stress.
  • Everyday antioxidant support.

How to take it

Take 1 to 2 capsules a day with water, ideally with food. If you are pregnant, nursing, or on medication, speak with your doctor before starting.
